The Jester
In a world defined by class and birthright, the jester’s role stood apart.
It didn’t matter what family you came from or whether you were a man or a woman; what mattered was your capabilities.
Jesters were chosen for their intelligence, wit, and insight. They could challenge power, question decisions, and speak truth when others could not. Jesters earned their place through their character and capabilities, not circumstance.
The Jester reminds us that talent resides everywhere.
We are modern-day Jesters, chosen for capability, not circumstance. That's the standard we hold for the organizations/people we represent, and the standard we hold for our own work.
